How to access your certificates on the platform

After successfully completing a course on the DBN Learning Platform, you can easily access your certificate of completion. Follow these steps to view and manage your certificates:

Step 1: Complete the Course

Ensure that you have completed the course with 100% progress. Certificates are only generated once all course requirements are fulfilled.

Step 2: Access the Certificate Button

On the course learning page, locate the “Certificate” button. Click on it and then select “Show” to view your certificate.

Step 3: View All Certificates

To see all your earned certificates:

1. Navigate to your Dashboard.
2. Click on the “Certificates” and “Certificates of Completion” section.

Here, you’ll find a list of all certificates tied to your completed courses.

Step 4: Open Certificates

Select any certificate from the list and click “Open” to view it in detail. Each certificate comes with a unique ID for verification and authentication purposes.
